Eric Galamb
As a dedicated individual who retired from a long and fulfilling career in state government, I have seamlessly transitioned into a new chapter of purposeful living. Rather than opting for a leisurely retirement, I chose to contribute my time and expertise towards promoting the value and rehabilitation of people in prison within the larger landscape of criminal justice reform. Motivated by a deep belief in second chances and the transformative power of mentorship, I now volunteer my time to mentor an inmate, aiming to pave the way for a successful and productive life post-incarceration. My mentorship extends beyond the traditional boundaries, aiming not only for the successful reintegration of the individual but also for the cultivation of skills and resilience that will empower him to contribute meaningfully to his community. In doing so, I want to become a beacon of hope and an advocate for the transformative potential inherent in every individual, regardless of their past.
