What to know about submitting your application:

• Please ensure you are committed to writing before submitting your request.
• Add us to your contacts to ensure our messages make it to your inbox.
• If you do not receive an auto-reply acknowledging receipt of your form, check your SPAM folder. If you don’t find it let us know here. 
• Read our FAQ.
• We are NOT a dating site. If you are looking for a romantic connection, check out Love-a-Prisoner, Meet-an-Inmate or Inmate Classified. Forms submitted as dating profiles will be rejected.
• IMPORTANT: In the Notes text box, please be detailed and include information about yourself, as well as who you would (and would not) like to correspond with. Forms received with little to no information will be rejected.
• We believe in second chances and strive to provide all on our wait list equal opportunity. Our match lists are created based on information provided by both adopter and adoptee, i.e., gender preference (if any), common interests, educational and occupational background, etc. We do not give regard to sentence length, charges, or location unless specifically requested.
• Please let us know if your adoptee is not a good fit, or (for any reason) if you can no longer write to your adoptee.
